MUNI DAY 2023: WHEN THE FIGHT DOESN´T HURT - WORKSHOP

The workshop led by professional lecturer Jitka Čihounková will guide you through grappling activities from making contact to fighting on the ground. You will try various exercises from movement training to safe falling to self-defence applications, all in a relaxed atmosphere and in a playful way.

What to bring: comfortable exercise clothes, drink, towel (we practice without shoes)
